Being a small town community, we are located within walking distance of the Lovettsville Community Center, the Town Center and Green, the new post office, the local branch of the Loudoun County library, and the future Loudoun County Park.  Shopping and entertainment is also only minutes away.  In approximately 20 minutes, you could be shopping in Charleston, WV, Frederick, MD or Leesburg, VA., or having lunch with a friend in Purcellville or Ashburn.  But if travel's not your thing, we have plenty of great places to eat right in town.

Commuters benefit from the different modes of transportation available to County Residences.  They can hop a ride on the nearby MarcTrain at Brunswick Station, or grab a seat on a Loudoun County commuter bus either at the Purcellville or Harmony station, or hook-up with other like minded commuters through a local vanpool or rideshare program.

Lakeview Village Subdivision is a small community of 45 homes, which surround a beautiful farm pond, left inplace during the subdivision's construction in 1973 and is still enjoyed today by residents.  Some of whom are singles, couples, large and small families, and seniors.  We have both residents who own or lease their property.  All of whom are a great mix of people.
